This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on our apps for iPhone and any other devices.

Information we collect

None of our applications create accounts of any kind. No passwords are generated or stored.

Our applications create local files stored on your device that contains information you enter into the app. This information can include any names you enter to represent score card participants in the games you are using our apps to score along with scores that are entered and totals and win counts that are generated by the app. This information is stored locally on the device and is not sent anywhere else.

Technical basics

Aside from what is mentioned above, our applications do not store or track any other information about the user. The application does not communicate with anything off the device.

iCloud

Our applications do not use iCloud.

Ads and analytics

Our applications do not drive any ads, tracking or other analytics.

Information usage

The information saved by this app is solely used by the app to restore state when the app is exited and rerun. No one else has access to or uses the information.

Security

Information is locally stored and subject to iOS security.

Accessing, changing, or deleting information

All information is stored on your device. Deleting the application deletes the information.

Third-party links and content

We use Corona SDK as a development environment. When the app launches, a Corona SDK logo will display briefly. Other than that, there are no links to third party content.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Since we do not have access to your information off of your device, and since our applications do not communicate off of your deivce, we therefore are unable to and will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Information for European Union Customers

Since information is only stored on your device, there is no oppoertunity for us to collect, use, or store your information outside of the European Union.

International Transfers of Information

Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.
